Good Practices and Self-Care Workshops
Good practices are a fundamental aspect of promoting a good university atmosphere and coexistence. It facilitates the resolution of conflicts and directly processes actions that may violate student's rights to study in a calm and safe environment. Additionally, good practices facilitate the search to satisfy students’ needs as they go on to achieve certain goals. The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs has focused on helping its students work on the following points: persistence towards finishing their studies, development of professional skills, and personal development.
Taking care of yourself means working on your well-being, developing self-esteem, promoting your activity, and incorporating healthy habits into your life.
