Biografía
Dr. Ronie Gomes is a faculty in the Masters program at Albizu University Miami Campus. Dr. Gomes has taught numerous courses in addition to Advance Abnormal Psychology, Counseling Children & Adolescence, Counseling Theories & Practice, and Group Psychopathology. Dr. Ronie Gomes has presented and served on numerous committees addressing the issues of Diversity Equity and Inclusion. Her many years of clinical experience includes not only family issues, but work with couples and individuals as well. Some of the areas of concern that she has addressed include: Couples, Blended Families, Parenting, Identity, Multicultural Families, ADD/ADHD, HIV/AIDS, Anger, Loss, and Medical Concerns. Dr. Ronie Gomes earned her Associates Degree from Miami Dade College and her Bachelors of Arts degree from Florida International University. She completed her Masters degree in Medical Marriage & Family Therapy, and her Ph.D. in Marriage & Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University.
