The Master of Science in School Psychology contributes to developing professionals capable of carrying out school-wide interventions to improve the quality of life of those seeking help. The MS-SSP program also prepares future school psychologists to manage children and adolescents who are going through social, academic, and emotional problems.

Program Goals

In addition, students pursuing a Master of Science in School Psychology take part in a 1,200-hour internship in real school settings, working directly with school personnel and students from preschool to 21 years of age, focusing on the areas of prevention, education, collaboration, evaluation, intervention, research, planning and consultation.
