Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation (MBSR based)

Students, faculty and staff in the Psy.D. department are invited to attend a 9 week series in guided mindfulness meditation practice based on Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program. There will be a brief discussion on what mindfulness is and is not, how mindfulness relates to stress, and the attitudinal foundation of mindfulness practice.
