Miami, FL - Albizu University is calling on criminal justice students from ITT Tech Educational Services who have been affected by the institution’s nationwide shutdown: they can transfer to Albizu’s Miami Campus.
“We feel for what these students are going through and want them to know that they can continue their education at our Miami Campus”, said Dr. Etiony Aldarondo, Provost, Albizu University – Miami Campus.
Students interested in enrolling at Albizu will be able to transfer up to 60 approved credits; besides, the institution will waive the admission fee and give them a 20% tuition discount for part-time (9 credits) and full time (12-15 credits) enrollment during the Fall 2016 session.
For students considering a switch in their career path, Albizu offers a wide variety of academic programs-- from psychology and criminal justice to speech/language pathology, all programs feature extensive hands-on work and observation components.
With three clinics in Miami and San Juan acting as external practicum sites, students can develop actionable professional skills while simultaneously earning a degree and serving the community. Top caliber academics and professional practitioners – not professor’s assistants or graduate students – teach all classes, providing great depth of insight to eager students.
Albizu University also makes it easy to finance your education by providing 75% of students with financial aid in the form of grants, scholarships, and work-study programs.
Registration will be open until September 16, with one-on-one orientations happening on September 12, at 2pm and a day-long session on September 13-14.
