Documents and Procedures for International Students
Similar to the procedures for applying for admission to a university and maintaining your enrollment status, the U.S. government has established procedures for you to apply for a visa to enter the United States and to maintain your immigration status as an international student for the duration of your studies.
The International Student Office at Albizu University is here to help you through the process and ensure that you remain in compliance with immigration regulations throughout your program. The links at left lead to specific information about each of the required documents and procedures for international students as well as links to forms you may need to submit at various times in your program.
The forms are all in PDF format and are set up so that you can type in your responses. When you have finished filling out the form (or your portion of it), print it out, sign and date it if needed, then submit it to the person or office specified on the form.
